The libraries’ collections are appropriate and relevant to the needs of its stakeholders namely the museums managed by Heritage Malta, the conservation division and the support services available within Heritage Malta required to reach its objectives. The collections also reflect the range of subjects taught at ICMCH.

The libraries’ collections comprise of:
· Printed material including books, journals, dissertations, pamphlets, leaflets, maps, photographs and ephemera.
· Microform.
· Audio-visual media.
· Electronic resources accessible by staff, students and HM Library members, which may or may not be under licence.
· Manuscripts.

Printed matter are available to the general public as reference.
